SOUTHBANK PLACE SPARKLES FOR NEW YEARS EVE

With festivities taking over many parts of London, the South Bank perfectly captures the capital’s enchanting winter atmosphere.

Belvedere Gardens, the latest phase at Southbank Place, is ideally located for some of London’s finest scenery and winter activities, with two and three-bedroom apartments available from £2.145m.

Perfectly positioned on the South Bank, Belvedere Gardens is a short walk to the bustling Southbank Centre, the London Eye as well as the famous festive skating rink at Somerset House. Certain apartments within the development also provide a box office view of the Southbank’s New Year’s Eve firework show, London’s world-famous display which marks the arrival of the new year.

Designed by the award-winning GRID Architects and leading interior designers Goddard Littlefair, the apartments in Belvedere Gardens have taken inspiration from the Festival of Britain, a national exhibition held on the site in 1951. The bronze Festival Star, originally created by the graphic designer, Abram Games, echoes through the interiors in elegant clean lines and bronze adornments. These include bronze feature door handles, triple-glazed windows set in bronze anodised aluminium frames, bronze-finished Dornbracht mixer-taps and bronze-detailed lighting, which together bathe the apartments in brilliant colour.

The building will comprise 97 one-to-three bedroom homes, in addition to a state-of-the-art residents-only amenities floor and roof terrace. These exceptional amenities include a gymnasium, 1,700 sq. ft. health club, 25-metre swimming pool, his and hers steam and sauna rooms and beauty and hair salon. Uniquely in this market, Southbank Place will also include a direct entrance into London Waterloo station.
