Anchored next to the popular stretch of beach on the emirate’s Jumeirah Beach Road, the Kempinski Floating Palace will feature 256 rooms, suites and twelve individual villas. It will also feature a floating helipad next to an impressive yacht parking deck for up to 16 yachts, enabling discerning guests to arrive in style.
The main building of this floating palace, structured in four parts, is connected in the middle by a glass pyramid.
The 12 luxury villas, connected by pontoons offered as two, three or four bed residences feature a roof terrace and infinity pool as well as crew and staff rooms. As floating residences the villas can sail at a maximum speed of 6 nautical miles, and come equipped with solar panels and are designed to be environmentally friendly.
Designed by Seagate Shipyard, CEO Mohamed El Bahrawy the floating resort is schedulled to open in 2023.
