After he rejected a $1.4 million offer for his Lexington farm last year, Johnny Depp has relisted the Versailles Road property.
Named “Betty Sue’s Family Farm” in honor of Depp’s late mother, the 42-acre farm sits just two miles Keeneland boasting six bedrooms, six bathroom and two barns with 12 horse stalls. It also has a four-car garage, in-ground pool, separate guest house and five paddocks.
Depp, purchased the property back in 1995 for $950,000 and has now relisted the property for a modest $1.6 million which is significantly lower than the $2.9 million Depp wanted when it was up for auction in August 2017.
