As the autumn leaves fall and the long nights are drawing in, ski fanatics and winter mountain lovers prepare to ascend up to Europe’s snowy peaks. There are few places quite so beautiful and luxurious as Severin*s in picturesque Lech, a nine-suite hotel with its own four-bedroom Private Residence, who this season welcomes one of the UK’s most loved chefs, Tom Aikens, for a series of intimate dinners over the half term period in collaboration with Severin*s talented Head Chef, Kevin Szalai ..

Severin's is renowned for defying culinary expectations in Lech, with Chef Szalai, at age just 26, creating impressive and immaculately presented dishes that champion local producers. His signature dish is Deer & Moss, inspired by the abundant moss that grows on the mountains surrounding Severin's that he freezes for the winter season. This season, Chef Szalai also launches Severin's first vegan menu making sure that all guests are never compromising on taste, local provenance and exceptional quality.
Tom Aikens is one of the most highly acclaimed and Michelin awarded chefs in the UK, who has been an inspiring force on the British gourmet scene for nearly 30 years and a keen skier. Tom is looking forward to welcoming guests to his new fine dining London restaurant opening in December 2019 - Muse will be a boutique destination restaurant with just 25 covers in the heart of Belgravia. Muse is the sixth restaurant in Tom’s portfolio that also included Tom’s Kitchen in Chelsea and four others across the Middle East.
Together, Chefs Tom and Kevin will be creating surprise menus combining their distinctive techniques and styles, much to the pleasure of Severin*s guests and local customers too.
