Designed to showcase Dubai's stunning skyline the Dubai Frame has been officially named the world's largest frame.
Located in Dubai's Zabeel Park, the Dubai Frame stands offers panoramic views of old and new Dubai. Construction started in 2013 and it opened to the public on January 1st 2018.
Standing at 150 metres high and 93 metres wide the space between the two towers gives a pretty clear view of the city and serves as an architectural masterpiece decorating Zabeel area and Zabeel Park. The mezzanine floor of the tower includes a museum that tells the story of the development of the city using the latest means of presentation, which ends with a panoramic elevator to rise through the ribs to reach the upper floor. The upper horizontal rib, designed with glass floors as well as glass facades, allows visitors to enjoy the city of Dubai showcasing the gleaming skyscrapers of Downtown to the south, and the low-rises of Deira and Dubai Creek to the north. There are also touchscreen displays that show you exactly what you’re looking at, pointing out some of the city’s most important landmarks.
